Over the past couple of weeks the Eco-Team have been outside digging up fruits and vegetables that they had planted in the trough boxes last year! Take a look at all the different vegetables the Eco-Team plant and look after throughout the year! Of course they then had to taste their crop by making delicious apple/rhubarb crumble and vegetable soup!
