Having dug up and cleaned some of the potatoes that last year's P7s planted (see earlier news), we were very keen to find out how they tasted. So, Charlotte very kindly gave up her lunch break to prepare and then serve some boiled potatoes for those who wanted to try. We now have a much better idea of the life cycle of a potato plant and how it goes from the ground to our plate. Thanks Charlotte for all your help.
