Easter Duck Race Fundraiser – What a Quacking Day!

26th Mar 2026

Our whole school enjoyed a fantastic day of fun and fundraising at our Easter Duck Race, and we are delighted to announce that we raised an amazing £550.00 profit for school funds!

The excitement was visible as pupils first took part in class races, cheering on their ducks with great enthusiasm. The winners from each class then moved on to the year group races, where the competition grew even more competitive!

Finally, the top ducks from P1–P7 battled it out in our Grand Final Duck Race. The whole school were out to cheer on the 7 ducks..... the cheering was LOUD and the atmosphere was full of laughter as pupils supported their finalists right to the finish line.

Every child is home today with a bag of Easter sweets, and our winning racers proudly take home Easter Eggs as special prizes.

What a day of fun, teamwork, smiles, and school spirit!
Thank you to everyone who supported the event and to Andy, our Building Supervisor for creating the race track - all this helped make it such a memorable success.

Enjoy the video below and see more photos on the class webpages!

Happy Easter from all of us!
