On Thursday we had a great day, thinking about ways to support our mental health and wellbeing. We took part in lots of activities to reinforce the messages of:
- Connect
- Keep Learning
- Be Active
- Take Notice
- Give
We gave each other compliments and were active by going on walks, playing in the park and having time in the hall with ‘Energy to Burn’. We kept learning by making sure we could all say the five steps to wellbeing. We completed mindfulness activities and took notice of our surroundings and we connected with our friends.
