Today our focus was on BE ACTIVE. All forms of exercise are very important in helping us maintain good mental health. The weather wasn’t very kind to us today, so we decided to do a CORE KIDS workout in our classroom.We all felt better after exercising. Children’s Mental Health week is going well in P3.
