Today we had a visit from the Dairy Council. We had great fun learning about the different food groups and how to have a healthy and balanced diet. We learned about the importance of exercise and how we should be active for at least 60 minutes each day. Amy and Bronagh taught us a catchy rap to help us remember which foods to eat!
