Couch to 5k

3rd Apr 2019

Calling all aspiring and keen runners of the Camphill PS community!

The Jigsaw Project, alongside Ballymena Runners, are running a 'Ballymena Community School Couch 2 5k'. This 9 week programme aims to help build up your stamina and fitness, turning complete running novices into competent and able runners. Each week, the programme increases the amount of time spent running, allowing you to attain the 5k target.

It all kicks off on Thursday 25th April at 6.30pm, meeting at Ballykeel Primary School for registration. Fee is £1 per week, which includes a t-shirt at the end of the programme.

A copy of information flyer and registration form (see below) will be sent home to each family.

Hope to see many of you there!
