The P7 Eco members meet on a Wednesday afternoon. This week they harvested onions, leeks, carrots and rhubarb from the trough boxes that were planted out on our 'Eco day' last year. We were amazed at what we had managed to grow!
Our Eco mum, Charlotte helped us to harvest, prepare and cook our own produce!
We made Rhubarb jam, and vegetable soup! The jam was delicious!! All the teachers enjoyed some with scones at break time on Thursday.
