This week is Children’s Mental Health Week! Each day this week, we are going to be doing an activity to help support good mental health! Yesterday, we enjoyed getting outside for some fresh air when we were doing our Daily Mile. Today, we were learning all about staying safe on the Internet. Throughout the rest of the week, we will be looking at eating healthily, doing some relaxing breathing activities and enjoying some musical doodling! Have a look at our Daily Mile today!
