We have been thinking about our mental health this week; what is it? How can we look after it? How can we look after each other’s mental health?
We had a great discussion about the kinds of things we can do to keep our minds healthy and to help keep our friends’ minds healthy. We recorded some of those things on our Healthy Hearts page. We also practised some breathing exercises which may help to keep us calm.
