Over the past couple of days we have been taking part in activities for Children’s Mental Health Week in class. We have been looking at how we can stay positive and keep a healthy mind as well as a healthy body. We have been doing some breathing exercises each day to help us relax and have been thinking of positivity actions we can take to keep ourselves in a good frame of mind.
We also have a mantra in class that we are saying all week, which we hope will stick with us in the future. Our mantra is: I believe in myself! I can work hard! I can accomplish anything I set my mind to!
