This week has been Children’s Mental Health Week. Each day P4 have joined in with different activities to help support good mental health and wellbeing. We have gone out for our Daily Mile Walk when the weather was nice. We thought about our feelings and emotions and how they can change as we grow. We have enjoyed our mindfulness colouring and breathing activities too.
