Celebrating World Book Day in the Sunflower Room

5th Mar 2026

This morning some of the older children came over to read with the children in the Sunflower Room. After snack time, we joined a Libraries NI interactive storytime and draw-along event. Author, Jonathan Sung shared his debut story called ‘Moon Moon Can’t Sleep’ which was released in shops today! After listening to the story, Jonathan Sung drew Moon Moon while we all drew along too. The children really enjoyed getting to be illustrators for the morning.
