Two P7 boys represented our school at Ballymena Festival recently entering the Jazz Class Age 11. Callum & John had to play the set piece ‘The Entertainer’ and then a piece of their own choice - Callum played ‘New Orleans’ and gained a 2nd place and was ‘Highly Commended’ for his piece ‘The Entertainer’. Well done Callum! John played ‘Billies Song’ and also played ‘The Entertainer’ and although wasn’t placed did very well indeed. Both boys were up against nineteen other 11 years olds in this category so very well done indeed to both of them!
