As 2020 Ends.......

16th Dec 2020

This has been a year that none of us will ever forget. Things have happened that we could never have imagined. We have continued our RRS journey despite the obstacles that we faced. Thank you 😊 to pupils, staff and parents for enabling us to keep the Rights of children 👶 at the forefront of our minds.

Our thoughts now turn to the Christmas 🎄 period ahead of us. Many of us are looking forward to spending some quality time with our family members. This year will be like no other , as we try to keep safe and maintain social distancing.

Our focus for this most special time of the year is a combination of Articles 9, 10 and 11. As a child, you have a Right to

Stay in contact with your family.

Remember, if we cannot see all of our friends and 💗 loved ones in person, we can keep in contact by phone, text , zoom or FaceTime.  We should also take time to think 💭 about children around the 🌎 world who, because of wars and other reasons beyond their control, are separated from their families at Christmas.

Have a wonderful Christmas and stay safe! We will resume our RRS journey in 2021 with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
