Approaching our Holiday in a Happy Mood 👫🤗

After a week of learning about the importance of good Mental Health , we are approaching our break in a positive and relaxed mindset. We listened to stories talking about different emotions and feelings, did lots of movement and exercise and enjoyed  learning some new relaxation strategies. It’s all good!!!!
