🌳🌸 Eco Day 2023 πŸŒΊπŸ„

28th Apr 2023

What an amazing day we all had today! Our school was buzzing with activity and a great deal of planning and preparation came to life. The weather was super and we spent a great deal of time outside.

We all arrived to school dressed in green to celebrate Eco day and we raised a fantastic £320. Thank you! This money has been used to buy resources to develop our school grounds.

It was amazing to see so much activity going on all around our school, both inside and out! We had tadpoles, nature walks, changing art pictures using natural materials, mini beast hunts and so much more.

Please Watch our video to see a little snapshot of our day!

Thank You to all teachers, assistants and pupils for making our day so exciting and for all your hard work.

A very special Thank you to Mrs Anderson for working with each class today and for sharing her wealth of knowledge and expertise with all of our children.

We are very fortunate to have such a fantastic Eco team. Two members from our Eco team went to each class to help throughout the day and I received such wonderful feedback from the teachers. Well done Eco Committee!

Please enjoy looking at all our newly planted and decorated boxes around the school roundabout while you are collecting your children from school. We are so proud of all our work.

Well done everyone!

Mrs Davis
