The past two years of covid and lockdowns have really taken their toll on our young people, many of whom do not have the tools to cope.

There are so many benefits of yoga and mindfulness for our kids and teens. It can...

• teach them about how they are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally

• develop their strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and posture

• enhance their memory and concentration skills and sleep quality

• help to purge negative emotions and release physical tension being held in the body

• equip them with the tools required to self soothe and regulate their own emotions

• promote confidence and self-esteem

• bring calm and stillness to an anxious mind and body

Classes will take place in 4 week blocks in Studio 9 in Galgorm at the following times:

• P3-P7 | Friday 4.30-5.15pm | £20 for 4 weeks
• Year 8+ | Friday 5.30-6.30pm | £26 for 4 weeks

If this sounds like something your child or teen would benefit from, please get in touch with Solis Yoga NI via Facebook to book now!
