OPEN ENROLMENT INFORMATION for P1 - Sep'24

OPEN ENROLMENT FOR PRIMARY 1 –  

Please see below the timetable for the online procedure for PRIMARY 1 applications in DEC 23/JAN 24

We are hosting an Open Day on Friday 15th December 2023.  If this is your first association with Camphill PS and have never had a child through our school, we would encourage you to book an appointment time for a small group tour. We also have a virtual tour of the school on our main ‘Home’ website and ‘School Admission’ pages - please have a look at this.

Open day appointment times will be available to book from Monday 27th November 2023.  

 

APPLICATIONS for admission in SEPTEMBER 2024.

TUESDAY 12TH DECEMBER 2023

Primary school admissions procedure and admissions criteria will be published by Education Authority on their website -https://www.eani.org.uk

TUESDAY 9TH JANUARY 2024 (at 12noon) 

PRIMARY SCHOOL APPLICATION PROCEDURE OPENS ONLINE PORTAL

Please note that the CHILD’S BIRTH CERTIFICATE must be provided to their 1st preference school at time of application.

Please ensure that you enter your email address when you are completing your application online. This is how the school will communicate with you.

Any other supporting documentation must be to the 1st Preference

FRIDAY 26TH JANUARY 2024

12noon - CLOSING DATE & TIME FOR P1 applications

The online portal will no longer be available to apply.

Parents must submit an application and any documents in support of their application.

An application received after this date and time will be treated as ‘LATE’.

THURSDAY 25TH APRIL 2024

Parents will receive notification of outcome of application via the Online Portal and the school will post out a letter to parents confirming that their child has been accepted to start P1 in Sep'24.
